We issue refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at todayuniqueshopbd@gmail.com,  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Amount

The amount of your refund will be the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable discounts or promotions, and the cost of shipping (if applicable). We do not refund shipping costs for non-defective products.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the product was purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the product was purchased using mobile banking or cash on delivery, we will issue a refund through bank transfer or mobile banking.

Non-Refundable Products
